A multi million dollar pension claim against CalPERS, the Alexander case involved multiple hearings and lengthy briefing at the administrative level before the Honorable Judge Jonathan Lew in the Office of Administrative Hearings and before the Honorable Jack Sapunor (retired) in Sacramento Superior Court.
CalPERS appealed the writ resulting from our victory at the Superior Court level to the Third District Court of Appeals in Sacramento .
